Ramanathaswamy Temple
Rameswaram is a town located in Ramanathapuram district of TamilNadu, India. The town is situated in the Pamban Island, which is connected by India through Pamban Channel. This island is also known as Rameswaram Island.
It is a famous Lord Shiva Temple in the Rameswaram Island. The temple is renovated by Pandya Dynasty in the 12th century.
Architecture
The temple is covered with the high wall of 860 feet length and 650 feet width. The two huge towers on the gate and two huge towers on the back are placed.
